I didn't realize that it has been so long since I've updated my journal. Nothing major or new has occurred. I turned 24 yesterday. Seeing another year is always a blessing. I must say that I am truly overjoyed with life right now. It's strange how things can appear to be so bad at times, but you can still be the happiest you've ever been. I am unemployed, broke(okay well I'm not destitute and can pay my bills, but I'm not wealthy), don't have many material posessions at all, still working on getting my undergrad-but I am basically happy. Not content-I have much to accomplish-but I am not worried at all. With my first family(Zora and her father, my hubby) and my second family in my life, I'm blessed. I look at this time right now and can't wait untl Zora gets older to tell her about it. The life that she will have will be so far removed from life as it is right now(at least financially) that she won't even be able to truly comprehend it.
