I am a little pissed off today. Ok let's change that-I'm very pissed off & I need to vent. So here it goes:
1)It's been a MONTH since Zora's pics were ordered. Have they arrived yet? NOPE. This makes no sense, and everytime I call or email the photo company, they give me the run round. C'mon now, I work in customer service myself, so I know when someone is BS'ing with me. I've been nice so far, but it looks like its time to get "ignant" with this people. I swear, it just does not pay to be polite & patient at times.
